As Adamanta aggressively expanded its footprint across Mexico and Latin America, its operational visibility began to lag behind its physical growth. The company relied on a restrictive legacy CRM with limited API capabilities, forcing the team to depend on manual Excel workflows and fragmented data silos. This lack of centralized intelligence created a "blind spot" for management, making it difficult to monitor cross-facility performance or understand customer behavior during a critical scaling phase.

Aconcagua intervened as a strategic digital partner, engineering a centralized data ecosystem to replace manual processes. We built a robust data warehouse using Google Cloud BigQuery, successfully unifying complex data streams from Adamanta’s CRM, POS, and expense reports into a single source of truth. Leveraging this foundation, we developed interactive Power BI dashboards to provide leadership with real-time operational oversight. To bridge the gap between digital strategy and customer experience, we also deployed a custom, white-labeled version of our Top Out mobile platform, specifically designed to digitize climbing tournaments and community engagement.

The transformation provided Adamanta with the scalable digital backbone necessary to support their leadership position in the region.
